"The fit was totally wrong for me"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit me in such a weird way. The shoulders felt tight, the body was way too big, and the sleeves were longer than I wanted. I even checked the size guide, but it didn’t really help me at all. For what I paid, I expected it to fit much better. Returning it was a hassle too, which just made the whole thing more annoying for me.

"Really wasn’t my vibe"
At first I thought maybe the design would grow on me, but nope. The more I looked at it, the messier and weirder it felt. Just not my style at all.

I emailed jwanderson.com about my order and it took maybe a few days to get what felt like a generic copy-and-paste reply. It didn’t really answer my question, so I tried again, but still didn’t get any real help. it kind of felt like they just wanted me to stop asking. Super frustrating experience, and I probably won’t order from them again.

"Looks nice, but the quality isn’t there"
The bag looked really nice at first, but after maybe 2 weeks or so it already started peeling. For the price, I expected it to hold up way better than that. Disappointing, and I probably won’t buy from here again.

"Returning it was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to return something from my order it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. Customer service took a while to get back to me, and then the refund dragged on too. For something that should’ve been straightforward, it just felt like a lot. I don’t think I’d order from them again because if returns are this much trouble...

I regret buying this. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot better, but the quality just feels cheap. I really wish I had read the reviews before spending the money.

"Delivery took forever"
My order showed up way later than it should have, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time. it was frustrating. Whoever runs this really needs to get the shipping updates and delivery timing figured out
